Terms of Use and Policy:

Authorization: You are engaging Debra McClure Logo Design, LLC, a Limited Liability Corporation as an independent contractor for the specific project(s) ordered.

Refunds:
Logos: After receiving authorization to commence with project, a full refund will be given if the project is cancelled within 48 hours. After 48 hours, and work on the project has begun, client will be charged hourly rate of $25 for work already performed. If project has moved on to the editing stage, no refund will be given.  

Websites: After receiving authorization to commence with project, a full refund will be given if the project is cancelled within 48 hours. After 48 hours, no refund will be given.

Hosting: A 100% refund is available on all web hosting accounts for 30 days beginning at the start day of the account.

Copyright: Due to the complexities of copyright and trademark laws, Debra McClure Logo Design will not be held liable should the client be found infringing on copyright, service mark, or trademark laws. The client unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Debra McClure Logo Design for inclusion in project are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements.  Copyright to the finished project produced by Debra McClure Logo Design is owned by Debra McClure Logo Design until final payment of this contract. At which time the client is assigned ownership to the finished design. Rights to photos, graphics, are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain the property of their respective owners. Debra McClure Logo Design retains the right to display project designs as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.
